The Solomon Islands Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development (MEHRD) has collected a range of digital resources to complement the existing Solomon Islands curriculum. These resources are online, interactive materials that will help to facilitate student-centered learning. They are intended to complement the existing Solomon Islands textbooks and locally produced resources and wherever possible these resources are Open Educational Resources (OER).
The digital resources are organized by School Level, then Subject, then topic area. While not every subject and topic has digital resources now, they will be added on an ongoing basis.
A new section with resources developed as part of the Student Learning Continuity Program in response to COVID-19 has been created and will also be added to regularly. Learning Packages are being developed in preparation for any further school closures which will be available to parents and students via this website.
