Maths 7.5 Statistics

Statistics is basically the collection, organization, presentation and interpretation of information in numerical form about a population or a sample population. There are specific methods that are used in handling data from the collection of data to counting through the use of frequency tables, to the construction of graphs to represent the information and lastly, interpreting those graphs. Mode, mean, median and range are used to measure central tendency and dispersion of given data about a population or sample population.
